We would like to take a moment and express our sincere appreciation for those of you who took the time to say a nice word, share a special memory or even show a kind gesture during our time of loss. We really do have the best customers and friends! Catherine, our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, was an incredible woman and will certainly be missed dearly by all who love her. Thank you again to each and every one of you and God bless.

We would like to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for reaching out with your kind words and gestures. She was certainly a special woman who will be missed dearly ❤️

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Mrs. Catherine Gervasi, co-founder of Ralph’s Italian Deli. She, along with her husband Ralph, worked long hard hours, day after day, year after year building this business from the ground up. Their hard work and dedication have been passed on in their sons as they continue their success today. Although feisty and stubborn at times (as most Italian women are), she was also a compassionate, loving, caring, incredibly strong woman whose family always came first. She lived for her family (especially her kids, grandkids and great-grandkids) and made sure anyone who came through her door never left hungry and with a smile on their face. Catherine will be missed terribly by those who love her, but her memories and her legacy will never be forgotten. She is now at peace and together again with her loving husband, Ralph.
